Job Description

Scheduling Cooordinator 8-4:30 monday thru friday

24hrs on call weekends, on-call 4:30 pm to 8 am Monday-Friday

The Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring that staffing is in place to service client needs; ensuring the accuracy of the scheduling and responsible for all staff schedules, time sheets and entering payroll and HR when needed. In addition, this position helps in the staff interview process, takes on-call duties, and has direct accountabilities to the Director. This position requires a high degree of organization, flexibility to assist the program in providing 24/7 care, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, excellent computer skills, ability to meet deadlines, function independently and think quickly. Must maintain close working relationships with home care staff in order to quickly and appropriately staff client needs, address client/staffing concerns and sign new clients. Additional duties as requested by Director and/or Administrator.
